1. Scope
This policy governs the identification, handling, and protection of trade-secret materials of Witty Inventions Digital, LLC ("WID") across all products in the chainOpus family, including chainBreed. It binds employees, contractors, and anyone with documented access to WID confidential information.
2. Confidential materials
Confidential materials include, without limitation: source code not published to a public repository, architectural diagrams, product roadmaps, customer lists and contract terms, pricing negotiations, unreleased pricing tiers, internal model weights and prompts, security incident reports, smart-contract upgrade plans prior to disclosure, and any document marked "CONFIDENTIAL — WID".
3. Invention disclosure
Inventions conceived in the scope of work for WID — including algorithms, contract designs, UX patterns, and dataset constructions — must be disclosed to WID within 30 days using the internal invention disclosure form. Disclosures are timestamped via chainSign to establish provenance.
4. Storage and timestamping
Confidential artifacts are encrypted at rest before any third-party storage. Long-form artifacts are additionally hashed and timestamped using chainSign — the same product family chainBreed is built within — to create an auditable record of authorship and date.
5. Contractor and employee obligations
All WID contributors execute a written confidentiality and invention-assignment agreement that incorporates this policy by reference. Obligations survive termination of the engagement and extend to information that should reasonably be considered confidential even if not specifically marked.
6. Reporting concerns
Suspected disclosure, exfiltration, or misuse of confidential materials should be reported immediately to support@chainopus.pro.
